Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change — especially with little ones
This policy helps me manage the small sessions fairly for everyone

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more before your session will receive a credit to use for a future booking
Unfortunately, changes made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for a refund or credit, as the sessions have limited spaces and last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill
No-shows will forfeit the booking

Credits are valid for 30 days

Sick Little Ones

If your little one is unwell, please stay home and reach out to me - I'll always do my best to help where possible

If I Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full credit or refund
