We’ve created Explore & Play Studio to be a calm, creative and joyful space for little ones to explore.
These terms simply help keep everyone safe, happy, and on the same page.
Supervision & Responsibility
Our sessions are designed to be shared together.
Children must be actively supervised by their parent, guardian, or caregiver at all times.
Explore & Play Studio is not a drop-off service.
You are responsible for your child’s safety, behaviour, and wellbeing throughout the session.
Keeping Everyone Safe
To help create a calm and safe space for all:

Please follow any guidance provided during the session

Encourage gentle and respectful play

Let us know straight away if something doesn’t feel right
We use non-slip mats and safety measures, but please take extra care around wet areas.
Photography
We may occasionally capture photos or videos during sessions to share the magic of Explore & Play.

Children will never be identified by name

If you prefer your child not to be included, just let us know before your session
Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are required in advance

Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice

Credits or refunds are offered at our discretion
