Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes made 24 hours or more before your session will receive a credit to use for a future booking. Unfortunately, changes made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for a refund or credit, as our sessions have limited spaces and last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. If your little one is unwell, please stay home and reach out to us - we'll always do our best to help where possible. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full credit or a refund. Thank you for supporting our small business while we create a calm, creative space for little ones to play, explore and connect.
